Woodford Folk Festival

Woodford Folk Festival 2009 was beautiful, extreemly hot, dusty, sweaty and delightful. Jeff Lang was so delightful in a tent at 42 degrees he still stole my heart and made me cry for a far away love. New Years at the festival was something that everyone has to experience at least once. I welcomed in the new year by spilling Chai Tea over complete strangers whilst devouring a piece of vegan chocolate cake. It was so delightful it made my heart squeeze and gave my tummy butterflies- a few hours later i was at the local medical centre on a drip so maybe all that heart squeezing and tummy pains were something else altogether.

Oh you are so cute i could squeeze you!

Norfolk Island

Wind the clock back to 2007. I packed up my life shoved it into a suitcase and headed for the South Pacific in hope of clarity. I spent a few months on the island and came back with beautiful friendships, less baggage than i took, a fear of high school parties, a taste for campos coffee. I am still scratching my head in wonder.
